Be a part of an experience that will deepen your faith through service, prayer, community, and the journey of growing in one heart and one mind. Each day is a different experience. You will find yourself in both new and familiar settings as we travel around Long Island and take part in the Church living around us. You will also experience new ways you can live your faith and learn more about what it means to follow in the footsteps of Christ.

The Catholic Experience 1

KMHS Students Entering Grade 10 (Class of 2027)
Thursday, June 20 thru Sunday, June 23 - 9AM-4PM
Cost $395

Be a part of an experience that will deepen your faith through service, prayer, community, and the journey of growing in “One Heart & One Mind.” Over the course of these four faith-filled days, you will find yourself in both new and familiar settings as we travel around Long Island and take part in the Church living around us. You will also experience new ways you can live your faith and learn more about what it means to follow in the footsteps of Christ. Excursions include St. Agnes Cathedral, Seminary of the Immaculate Conception, and Stella Maris Retreat House. On Sunday, June 23rd at 9AM, please join us for Mass with your family at Kellenberg to begin your last day of Catholic Experience.  Please feel free to reach out to mrobrien@kellenberg.org with any questions. 

The Catholic Experience 2

KMHS Students Entering Grade 11 (Class of 2026)
Thursday, June 20 4pm through Saturday June 22 5pm
(spending the first two evenings overnight in Emmanuel)
Sunday, June 21 9AM-3PM
Cost $485

Take your faith to the next level! Each day is a different experience blending fun, faith and camaraderie! You will learn many different types of prayer through Adoration, Liturgy of the Hours, Rosary, and the Holy Mass. Experiences include the 9/11 Memorial, Old St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary, and an afternoon at Splish Splash Water Park.  You will enjoy two overnights in Emmanuel Retreat House as well as communal dinners! On Sunday, June 23rd at 9AM, please join us for Mass with your family at Kellenberg to begin your last day of Catholic Experience 2. The Catholic Experience 3

KMHS Students Entering Grade 12 (Class of 2025)
Tuesday, June 25 4pm through Friday, June 28 2pm
(spending three evenings overnight at Founder’s Hollow Retreat House)
Cost $485

This will be a powerful prayer experience for four days/three nights at Founder’s Hollow Retreat House in Accord, NY.  This “experience” will include a trip to the Shrine of the North American Martyrs, Splashdown Beach Waterpark, and other explorations in the Hudson Valley.  All of this plus the beautiful grounds of Founder’s Hollow with the lake, playing sports, and hiking.  Enjoy the camaraderie of praying together, preparing meals, and celebrating the Catholic faith. The Catholic Experience - Latin School

KMHS Students Entering Grades 7-9 (Class of 2028, 2029, 2030)
Sunday, June 30 through Wednesday, July 3 9AM-4PM

We invite you to this powerful prayer experience as you begin your faith journey at Kellenberg Memorial!  This will allow you to keep your faith strong throughout the summer!  These four days will allow you to experience your faith through service, prayer, community, and meet some new friends along the way!  You will find yourself in both new and familiar settings as we travel around Long Island and take part in the Church living around us. Excursions include Our Lady of Lourdes (Malverne), Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary, and Stella Maris Retreat House.  On Sunday, June 30th at 9AM, please join us for Mass with your family at Kellenberg to begin your Catholic Experience Camp.
