Please be attentive to the following requirements for 2026-2027

• All students who intend to participate in a sport or Blue and Gold must have a physical completed by a physician dated on or after June 1, 2026 and submitted before they can begin trying out for a Fall sport in August (or the first day of school if not playing a Fall sport).
• Students new to Kellenberg Memorial, as well as all students entering grades 6, 7, 9, and 11, must provide a physical by the first week of school. The physical will be dated on or after September 1, 2025
• Students entering grades 8, 10, and 12 who are not new to Kellenberg Memorial do not require a new physical unless they plan to participate in sports or Blue and Gold.
• New York State requires the completion of the NYS Health Interval Form for all student-athletes for each of the three athletic seasons.
